Traveling Nurse

The Traveling Nurse: a Sought-After Professional

A traveling nurse is a registered nurse who contracts for short term nursing assignments in locations that are usually far from home. The assignments are typically 90 days to one year, but arrangements can vary and shorter term assignments are also occasionally available.

One of the best travel jobs as a nurse is to be on a cruise ship. Nurses on a cruise ship can enjoy traveling the world for free while practicing their profession. Usually nurses on board would tend to the passengers who are sea sick or just some minor complications. There is an onboard physician the nurse would assist anyways.
